yamaha keyboard question

Hi. I'm looking at a Yamaha CP-35 and I have a few questions. I love the sound (very warm) and it has a decent action so I want to get it but there are a few problems with it:

1. It is missing a key. Does anyone know how hard it would be to replace it?

2. It is missing the poles that attach the case so that it can be used as a stand. That's another piece that I think would be difficult to find.

I really like this instrument, but the weight is also an issue. It's weighs almost 100 lbs! Anyone know of another keyboard that has similar sounds w/ a nice action that doesn't weigh a ton?

Any other input on this keyboard would be appreciated as well.

How much is it you were planning on spending on that?
