best combo amp under $300?

in your opinion, who offers the best amp for under $300? New or Used

sorry...kinda of a broad question
i currently have a 60watt tube amp and i would find it hard to go with much less wattage...so i'd say no less then..uh..30 watts

its a behringer
and its broken....nobody seems to think too highly of behringer so i may not spend the money to have it fixed(if its too much)....just buy a new amp instead
i'm totally happy with the amp except for the breaking part...its more of a monetary thing
