Agile guitars?

I found out about these from a link someone posted in another thread. They seem to have decent specs, but that means nothing in the real world, haha. I checked out the reviews at harmony-central, but there were only 3 for the particular model I wanted, the AL-2500. It's an LP copy, and the one I want is black with chrome hardware. http://www.rondomusic.net/Agile2500blk.htm . It sure looks pretty and it does have Grover tuners on it. I was just wondering if anyone's had any experience with it. Thanks.

i don't personally, but on another board i go to they're quite popular. i have yet to hear a bad thing about them. they're apparently constructed more solidly than epiphone and cost less. it definitely seems to be a good alternative to the major brands (i.e. epiphone, gibson). like i said, every review i've seen has been a good one so you can't go wrong with an agile.

Could you give me a link to this board? It sounds like it might be good, I just really wish I could play one before I bought it.

sure thing. it's the metallica musicians forum www.metallicabb.com you have to be a member to view posts, but it's pretty cool. the board recently went down and old posts were wiped out, so you might want to start a post about them. a lot of people will chime in, i promise

Thumbs up

I've played one and they're quite nice for the price. My friend has one and it's not a bad guitar. They've got a maple neck instead of mahogany.

I've changed my mind to the 3000, which has a mahogany neck instead of maple, as well as a bunch of other changes. I still keep hearing only good things about these guitars. There have to be SOME flaws, right?

Nope, there are no flaws!

I've got a 3000 in the Honey Sunburst, and it's unbelieveable! Rondo Music has impecable customer service and the 3000's are SWEEEeeeet!

Here's a couple of pics, but I don't think they do it justice:

How do you get the pics to actually show up on the thread???

Rick
