Thumbs up Tranzport arrived today

I got my new Tranzport today. It's frakin great. I solo, arm, record, playback...etc. all from the shitter . It even works from in my car in the driveway. Now I can use my mazda soundbooth for vocals (if I can find a really long headphone cable). I'm still trying to figure out the key-bindings for sonar but I can already tell it's gonna save me alot of time between running to and from the computer whenever I record myself. Just the fact I don't have to sprint between the mic and the mixer is gonna save me oodles of time since it usually takes me about 35 takes to get anything right.

BUY IT!!! Lothar of the Hill People demands it.

HA! Frontier Design should trademark that as the slogan for the Tranzport.

i just ordered mine from mac-midi music. i usually order directly from frontier but they aren't selling it direct yet. i'm looking forward to using it.

these are the frontier products i've purchased so far:
wavecenter ISA (so i could use the d/a/d of my blackface ADAT without the tape)
wavecenter PCI + tango24 (replaced the ADAT with a 24bit d/a/d)
tascam us-428
tascam fw-1884

and now the tranzport... i wish i could come up with these kinds of ideas.
