Recording Help
Hi guyes, I just wanna be able to record my music on the computer so it sounds decent. I just want to record guitar, bass, and vocals.
Right now I just have my guitar/bass/mic plugged into the amp and a cord going from the headphones plug in the amp to the line in (via adapter) into the soundcard (Hercules Fortissimo III 7.1) and I bought SoundForge 6.0, but the recordings sound pretty crappy. It doesn't have to sound real good or anything, I am just looking to record some of my songs so I have them down in an MP3. What do you reccommend I buy equipment wise to help? Or does anyone have any suggestions on different software to use? I'm new with this home recording stuff so I'm pretty confused. Thanks |
