Sex...
today a vocalist brought his girlfriend in to the booth with him to perform oral sex on him while he sang...he told me that the testosterone relaxes your vocal chords resulting in a better performance.Is this true?I really hate to clean up after that

 You should have told him after shes done shes needs to come and suck you up too. You mix & track better during a BJ.  And you should have made him clean up in there!

I'm not sure if its his vocal cords relaxing or actually him relaxing. You know you get that euphoric feeling right after blowin your load and that probably relaxes him and gives him more confidence to get the job done.

The vocalist put a blanket over the girl so their wasn't very much noise, well there was but it wasn't very noticeable maybe -24 DB.The song turned out great so I don't see why not.I put a trash can in the booth so you know....don't have to clean up
.

From how I understand it, guys can hit pitches 3 or 4 octaves higher than their normal range during orgasmic release. That could give Mariah Carey a run for her money.

if someone came into my studio with all that i'd refer them straight out the door.
only way it would happen is if they brought their own portable iso booth with their own cables and their own mics. sorry but if there is even one stray sperm flopping about on the floor of my iso booth i would be outraged.
