9652 HD24XR Questions

I figured out how to get Cubase to record the HD24XR via the lightpipe, however, when I push play in Cubase (to hear the recorded material), I can only hear the 1st output channel (and this appears on every channel on the HD24 (so if I listen to track 1, 2, 3, 4, or so on, I hear the same thing)
I see the levels in Cubase jumping for the various busses - but I cant hear anything thru the HD24 except that first output bus. Any ideas? Any ideas how I would make it so that channel 1 on the HD24 plays Bus 1 in Cubase, etc.

Also - as the 9652 only came with one set of TOSLINK cables, what have you guys done for the others? Where did you buy? Which did you buy? I know that I have heard some things about cables not fitting into the space RME put on the back of the card.

Lastly - why would Cubase only show odd # channels in the output setup.

Much Thanks!
