mineral wool / rock wool
After some research and my latest bank statement, I've decided on mineral wool as the insulation for my walls. Someone mentioned a price of 40cents/square foot. That sounds fantastic.. Where can I get it and as close to that price as possible? Thanks!

I'm lucky i work in the construction industry and ive found a place in cincinnati called united drywall supply . They sell 2x4 sheets of 4" mineral wool 4 to a pack for 19.48 as for you i'd check out amerisafe.com or go to your local insulation supplier.
