which wire is which

i am re connecting the connector on a shure SM7 but I am un sure wich wire is what I have a black wire, green wire, and a sort of clear white wire. wich one is the ground and wich is hot or cold? Can somebody help me

Wiring Diagram for the SM7 is on page 2. This is a manual for replacing the cartridge. I've never done this and I don't know the SM7, but this is what I would look at.

The best thing to do though, is have a pro do the rewiring.
