All effects off?

In Sonar (3.x) is there a simple way to disable all effects at once? I mean the equivalent of going through each track and unselecting each effect not deleting them.

You could get the ones on aux sends, route all the efx busses to a sub-master, use mute on the sub.
For the inserts...?
