ADAT Question
How much ventalation does an ADAT need? To quiet the thing down, I was going to enclose it inside a rack case...do I need to provide vents?
Thanks for the help. |

*Some* airflow is needed - it does generate some heat....

ADAT's don't run particularly hot, but they will still need some ventilation. If you can leave one rack space above and below each, they will vent even easier.

Thanks for the information. I'm going to build a box with a glass front door and an open back so I can see the meters etc and the ADAT will be quiet.
Thanks to all who helped! Jon |
