It more or less works with the HD24, depending on the BRCs vintage. It will do basic transport and track arming functions but not any of the tricks that it can do with ADATs.

I just recently gave up using the BRC altogther -- other than track arming, it really wasn't giving me anymore benefit than the LRC was....
I've also given up on the notion that Alesis will actually put out the Director (the mythical HD24-specific remote).....
