I Need Help With Equipment....

Hi there, I've really taken a shine to the new DJ Mylo and id really like to get started on creating my own electronic/techno style music.

I was directed to this site and this forum by a friend in search of advice.

Can anyone help me by telling me what i need to get started?

Any help would be great.

Not too many people doing techno on this board, it’s mostly hip-hop.

Some good forums for techno production are FutureProducers.com and Harmony-Central.com. Check SonicState.com and VintageSynth.com too for some info on the hardware and software used to make tracks and who is using what.
