Newbie in Need of Help.............badly

Hey Peeps,

What' good?? I was wondering if anyone one out there would be willing to help me set up some equipment I just recently purchased. I have:

MPC200XL
Proteus 2000 Sound Module
Midi Keyboard (controller)
Behringer Euro Rack UB1622 FX-Pro Mixer (16 Input 2/2-bus mic)
EMachine ( 2.6 Gig, 40 Mg HD, 512 Memory running Cubase SX)
Audiophile 2496

My question to you is, "How do I connect all of this??". Do I connect my MPC and Proteus directly into my mixer? If so, where? If not, what do I need to run sound from the MPC/Proteus into the mixer? Do I run the output from my PC to my monitors via amplifier or do I run it back into the mixer? If so, where do I run to wires to? Last question, I was told not to run sample source direct into the MPC. Is that correct if so, what do I need to use to amplify sound?

That'd be about 150 pages. You need a basic manual.

Go to amazon.com and type in "Home Recording" in the search bar.

This is actually a good one:
