anyone got a theramin/theramax?

lookin to have one of these in the studio. I would prefer a prebuilt one from paia, but anything will do. something like this http://paia.com/theremax.htm

You could build it yourself very easily, the only hard part is boxing it up so that it doesn't look like crap like that lectern version on the site.
