Cable for snakes...
Is this the cable I need to make XLRF-TRS cables for going from my desk's bus outputs (XLR) to my HD24's inputs? Assuming, of course, that I would get Mogami cable. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm loooking into doing something similar in the near future.
Here's a price list for Canare cable, it's a little cheaper. http://www.redco.com/canare_mrsnake_price.asp |

Thanks.
Anyone else? Is this the right Mogami cable for the snakes I'm looking to make? |

Looks like it. As long as each cable has two conductors and a shield you should be good to go.

The nice thing about that stuff (and some stuff by Belden, Horizon, and others) is you don't have to use any heat shrink, except one big piece where you cut the main jacket off.
