help with a tascam 424 mkIII
hi guys, i'm having a problem with my tascam 424 mkIII. it seems that every time i go to record on the first track, there is an inconsistant sound over whatever i record, kind of like someone is blowing in to the microphone. i'm not sure if it's a problem with cleaning the tape heads (i've tried, but it didn't seem to help) or if it's a deeper mechanical issue than that or if it's haunted or what. the problem is only on the first track; all the others work fine. any ideas?
