WTB: 2 channels high quality A/D-D/A

I am interested in picking up 2 channels of high quailty A/D - D/A that uses SPDIF I/O.

I am interested in perhaps something by Lucid - Apogee - Lavry etc . It can be (2) 1/2 racks or one unit.

I am also open to 2 different units, one like a Benchmark DAC-1 for D/A and something different for A/D.
Please give me a shout if you have something you are trying to move.

Obviously, If I can buy both for under $1000 that what I am aiming for, but I might consider going over the magic 1k mark for the right deal.

Have you checked on Gearslutz? There was a guy there with some converters that were $1000 for tha pair ( A/D and D/A)
