Question Downloading Mixes To Practice With>?>?

I am trying to get to learn Cubase SE so I can eventually via Ethernet bring my studio mixes from the studio (via internet) into my home computer and mix and play around with them. (I have an Alesis HD24 in the studio to do this with)

Until I get to that stage, and have that all set up, my question is:

Is there anywhere on the internet where you can download songs (mixes) in the "unmastered" version? In other words, is there a place where they might have 8 track or 16 track or 24 track mixes you can download in raw form, then practice doing mixdowns yourself once you downloaded them?

I have been looking but no luck so far. I'd like to work a mix or 2 in Cubase just to get familiar with it and get mixing with it.

Please let me know if such a place, or downloads on the internet exists.

(or if someone has a tune they could send me to try to do the mixdown on, that would be cool as well) Just wanna get some hands on with this Cubase program.

Thanks and peace,,
AJ

UPDATE TO QUESTION: I am now to understand that when you download a mix into your computer to use in say, Cubase or Cool Edit etc (say from my Alesis HD24) I have to do this 1 track at a time as a wav? I thought there was a format like maybe a "zip" format that would bring ALL the tracks at once>?>? Yes,,,,no?? Still alot of questions, but its starting to make sense.
