Only Vocals

Ive seen ways to take vocals out of songs, but I want to do the oppisite. Is there a plugin/program that will take everything out except vocals?

As far as I know there is no way to do this. I have done extensive research with taking the vocals out of a song and being left with a beat. There is nothing that I have found that actually works. The technology just isnt here yet. As for taking the beat out, I'm guessing that this is the same type of thing,
