Balanced versus unbalanced.
Hey guys,
I have a Behringer ultrapatch pro, and I was wondering if I should buy balanced or unbalanced cables for it. It seems that some of the cables I have now can "short" the connection on certain patches. Is this due to mixing the balanced with unbalanced cables? This is for live performances only, so a little extra noise(which supposedly unbalanced cables can generate) is okay. Thanks, - Frank |

it really depends on what other gear your running. Are you sending balanced or unbalanced signals thru it?
