MDX1600 Autocom Pro-XL Compressor

has anyone used this? Is it hard to use? I am looking to have two mics one for guitar one for vocals running through the dmp3 (guitar) and vtb1(vox) then into the compressor then into the computer.

It says its dual channel does this mean I could run the preamp with guitar into it and the preampa for vox at the same time and record both being compressed if needed? How hard would it be to hook all this up and into a soundcard...what would I need?

it wont be hard to use, and wont be hard to hook up either.

yes, this model will give you independent control on each channel

to hook this up, all you need to do is take the outs of the compressor into the soundcard. the chain should go preamp, compressor, soundcard. =
