BRC Question

Does the BRC by itself have metering capabilities?

What else do you need beside the BRC to remotely control ADATs with metering?

I seem to recall some sort of meter bridge attachment that you could afix tothe BRC. They discontinued those early on. You may be able to find one though. I seem to remember it being called "RMB" (remote meter bridge).

Yes - but it's incompatible with any ADAT above the original blackfaces!

I have a Blackface...it's noisey...can I connect one of these remote meter bridges directly to my Blackface ADAT?

If you really need meters, you could get an RME soundcard used. If you just got the digi 96/32 you could run their Digicheck software. This will allow you to spectrum analyze as well as gives you nice large hi-res metering of what is coming in on the lightpipe.

Actually, it mounts on the BRC.
