Low end from speakers vibrating 1x12 combo?

too much Vibration from =sweet low end= dude in a 1x12 combo?

how much is too much in a speaker, as far as low end goes.?
In an open back 1x12 combo.

I mean vibration and tubes and such, all in the same box....

I'm debating on Eminence Governor or Tonker in my 1x12 combo, which sits atop and runs through my V30/G12H30 2x12 cab.

Tonker supossedly has bigger low end but nicer detail in the higher freq. The Governor sorta like a V30.
The Tonker sounds right for me, except for the low end. We have a bass player for that.

Any of you guys using speakers notorious for their lows, in a 1x12 combo?
