The key to becoming more proficient at reading music once you know the basics, is to just do it ... the more the better ... practice makes perfect.

Start with some real easy stuff and just try to spend time every day sight reading and with time it will get easier.

Ya beat me to it...

Brother Sinc is right. There's an interactive keyboard at musictheory.net as well. Anybody looking to learn more about reading or writing music would benefit from a visit to that site. I use it for my students at school.

Ps

They also have an interactive fretboard that tells you which notes are which, though most guitar players could care less which note they're playing, as long as it's the right fret... (I can say that here in the Keyboard posts and get away with it... right?).
