My Echo Mia is pissing me off!

Every once in a while it used to go all glitchy on teh left channel and I would get all kinds of crackle...nonstop till a reboot. Now it's always doing it...as soon as I go to record something. It is not liking the spdif ins being used and that seems to set it off.

I HATE IT!

Anyone else have problems with the Mia yet?

I did have it in a computer with a bad PS for a couple weeks so it's probably my fault.

Never had a problem in nearly 3 years of using a Mia.

Reset your card in the slot.

It could also be corrosion on the connectors you have plugged into it (or anywhere along the recording chain.) Get some contact cleaner from RadioShack and clean them.

You might also have a bad cable somewhere on your recording chain.

(In other words, you cant definitely say its the Mia until you eliminate the other possibilities...)
