just wondering whats the difference between the 2?....also...whats so good about phantom power?...does it have something to do with mics?...also...whats the difference between the 424s and the 488s??...Please help me!

hey.

i noticed that no one replied. There is a review somewhere on the main site http://www.homerecording.com that describes the difference between the two. if you cant find it easily then just go to the site map and page search with your browser for 424 or something. and then go look at the unofficial site for the 488. phantom power is what is need to make a condensor work. has to do with taking the 48V and passing them across the diaphragm of the mic. later.kz
