Anyone knows what mic this is?

Does any one knows what mic is this? They say it's suppose to be a beyer, is it very very old, is it a good piece of gear?

it looks like a podium microphone or a microphone a principal would use when giving the morning announcements. doesnt seem like anything i'd use even if it was given to me

If this is some kind of eBay item I would advise against it only because you have no idea what it really is, how it really sounds etc.

It smells of "damn I wish I haven't bought that" syndrome.
