Planning to buy the CME UF8

No experience with them, but they are cool looking.

I don't think anybody has experience with them yet. I've seriously been considering one myself, but they were just released, so unless you attended NAMM, nobody has had a chance to play them yet. They were, however written up in Keyboard magazine this month.

Here's the review

I had a chance to play with one, and I have one thing to say :
WOW!
Action is nice, and it is built SOLID, nice sliders, knobs, everything is nice. For the price, it's KILLER (kills my yamaha p80) and I am a classicaly trained pianist.

CME UF8 have a similar , a little bit smoother action compare to maudio keystaion pro88 version2
knobs and faders are smooth
on the other side their synth key keyboards, that semi weighted action is one the best i have played IMO
if you really in need of real hameration controler, get a yamaha p60 or,.. even a s90 or roland rd300sx

...cant wait to try it out with breath controler!!

CME build parts of the motif es for yamaha. The CME masterkeyboards are looking like them if you compare them.

have an cme uf6 and can recommend this. A friend have the uf8 and is very happy too. superb quality. Looks also very good. Very cheap price.

Interesting. I heard bad reviews about this keyboard, and some claim the keys' action isn't close to that of a piano.
