Rane G4 Quad Gate and 8Buss Mackie Inserts .. Operating Levels??

I am kicking it up a notch by getting a Rane G4 Quad gate to replace two 3630's .. I have questions .. I intend on using the G4 on basically the Drums thru the channel inserts of my 32x8 Mackie .. but the inserts are I/O TS unbalanced and the G4 has balanced TRS I/O at +4dB *ONLY* (no -10dB operating level switch) will there be any problem just connecting these devices like this .. or what do I need to do to match levels or whatever??

I know the Mackie is designed to accommodate either balanced or unbalanced in all I/O jacks .. and I'll even go out on a limb and assume that the channels' inserts are already +4dB if the Tape Returns' Operating Levels are set to +4dB .. as always, I might be answering my own questions .. but it never hurts to be confirmed, laughed at and/or corrected in my impressions.

You should be fine. The 32x8 is pretty much a +4 box.
