mackie 32 8 modifications

is there a way to mod the mackie 32 8 to leave the aux sends pre fader and still have the mute button mute them? as is now, when i mute a channel, the aux's do not mute....

Do you not have the book? All the mods are in the back I believe. (I could check perhaps.)

Right you are, they offer it for mix-b but they don't go there. Maybe it's do-able but not as straight forward as the others. Have you asked 'Mackie?

My "creative" way around this is to use the either the flip switch or the mic/ line switch as my mute. it's easier to use the flip switch as it's more accessable, but it depends on which inputs youre using.

yeah, this is what i have been doing. not the easiest way... specially if you are sitting down. hard to find what channel you are on..
