For the same price, which would you choose?

Im looking at 3 sets of monitors that are currently going for about $500AU and I was just wondering which you guys would choose and why. There are:

*Wharfedale pro diamond 8.2a's
*Yamaha MSP10's
*JBL 4408a's

One point to note though is that the Wharfedales are the only new monitors in that list and the other two sets are second hand. Thanks.

An 8" woofer is really nice to have. I would probably get the JBL's myself.

I ended up with Event PS6 monitors for about $275 on eBay.

Thanks for the responses. I think I'm leaning towards the JBL's. I mixed on a pair 4410a's today and was pretty impressed. $500AU is less than behringers (new) anyways so i cant really go too wrong i think (assuming the secondhand JBL's are in proper working order).

Even if they aren't perfect, JBL drivers are still pretty easy to get. I can still get new ones I believe for my 20 year old JBL monitors

Ebay, I'm sure they're probably going for a lot more than that by now though!!
