cue sends

ive got a bit of an ebarrising question... Um its about sending a signal to a headphone amp in a live room.
Ok... this is the desk im working on at college...with all the details in the attactched pics... just so u dont get that confused when i blab on about radom nonsence.

here it goes!!!

I got a question about cue sends...To send a signal/bass ect to the headphone amp

i know we got that little green knob on the channel section called cue send... and u turn that up yeh?(how much i dunno.)
then on the channel the cue send it is on...... if it is routed to buss,.... lets say 3?.. does it get routed there too?

Now we in the buss section... do u pfl that signal in the stereo return...(i dont think so...)(think its got nothing to do with it... correct me if im wrong.)
My guess is that it just goes straight to the master L+R section... and there is another..."Main/Mon cue" there... and u turn that up aswel....
so where does all the PLFing come in...im confused!!.
