FW-1884...looking for real users opinions

I was looking at a used Aardvark Q10 and a used Mackie Contol, but for about the same price I can get a new FW-1884.

I've read all the reviews I can find and basically have the TASCAM literature memorized. This will be basically an all-in-one solution to go with Sonar or Cubase. I'm interested in the quality of the preamps and AD/DA converters. Also, any limitations that don't readily come to mind. I do like the fact that paired with a laptop this makes a complete portable solution.
