Red face Please Help With My Studio Design!!!

HI friends:
The proyect of my house had changed and now I have the following perimeter to become my studio.

I need a control room and a live drum where 4 people must de able to play...
-Drums
-Bass
-Guitar 1
-Guitar 2

How would you arrange it in order to make both spaces fit in the perimeter and maximise the live room area?

Hope you can help me cause im a little lost with in this problem....
