The mix on Paradise isn't too bad, but the piano sounds kinda thin. I'm not too crazy about your lyrics. They seem to be just one cliche' after the other. But I can't write lyrics very well either, so take that for what it's worth

The drums on the second tune were a bit too loud, but that too is my personal taste. There are some that will tell you to crank them up.

Overall, you've got a good thing going. Keep it up.

Just listened to Paradise for now. It's a nice song, strong hook, great performances all around. I especially liked the bass part in the upper register. The arrangement had kind of a theatrical vibe - like Prince, Queen and Meatloaf.

A few impressions of the mix:
- Drums were too loud for my taste - particularly the snare. It tended to overpower everything.
- Vocals had a nice quality, but a tad overcompressed(?). What mic/preamp/compressor combination did you use on the vocals?

I like the guitar sound too, sounded liked a mic'd cabinet. What did you use for that?

Overall, it's a fine job. Best I've heard so far in about a weeks worth of MP3 listening.
