soundproof garage from scratch

I'm turning my garage into a studio..it needs to be very sound proof as the garage is next door to my bedroom..need to know how to make it sutable for rock music, Accustic music, And percution as well...garage dim are 4mtrs x 6mtrs...Any help would be cool........... thanks

Its simple you build another room inside the garage and then put a floating floor in. Do a search on "room within a room",
