Question

Does anyone know if there is an easy way (or a hard one) to sync my 4 track to my slow computer (pentium 90) so i could run the MIDI in cakewalk pro 3 (which has external sync capability)? The 4 track has a sync out. I was wondering if there might be any way to do this with my AWE64, or something else I would already have?

If not, can you reccoment a cheap SMTPE to MIDI time code convertor, or some other way to synchronize the sequencer to tape?
