Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Pro

Ok this is starting to piss me off, I've used this program for a long time on Windows 98. I just got an upgrade to windows 2000, now it won't pick up the line in from my sound card. The computer mic is picking up all the time even when I have it muted. Has anybody had any problems with this. ANY help would be greatly appreciated I have been throught the setup 1000 times and I know it's right. Thanks in advance.

Lightbulb More info please...

What soundcard? What driver? Did you happen select "What U hear" or something in Windows' multimedia mixer (or set by default)? Then select Line in instead...
