Converting 1/2 of a Stero Track to one Mono Track?

Argh!

I had just finished recording a guitar that I was very happy with, only to find that I had accidentally left record mode in "stereo". So, you only hear the track in your left headphone (the right side is blank). How do you take one side of a stereo recording and turn it into a Mono track? (It sounds simple enough, but I can't find it in the instructions...)

Thanks,

-M

Bounce to a new track and select bounce to "seperate left and right tracks." Then delete the one you don't want (and the original).
