You have to load them as real tracks then delete them. Then reload the track you want to keep.

I believe if you load the song and go to the 'Delete Unused' menu option, that will blow away all of your virtual tracks and free up some disk space. Hope that helps...

No, that just clears out your Undo history list. Doesn't touch the virtual tracks. The only way is the way described above.
