Delta 44

Okay. I was on the zZounds.com site, and it didnt state there was a Win XP driver for the Delta 44. Did they just not include it, or is there really not one?

One more question. How would this install? You put it in the back of your computer where the slot is for the card, and then hook it up with the breakout box, and install the driver? Do you have to set up anything else?

Please tell me, because I think I am choosing the Delta, Yam MG 12 mixer, Studio Projects B1, and two Shure SM57's.

Thanks!

do yourself a favor

If you're thinking of adding more inputs down the line get the 66 instead of the 44. You can link multiple delta cards (up to 4 cards in one system) with the S/PDIF link....which the 44 doesn't have

apart from the SM57s, which i hope to add later, that is my Exact recording system at the moment

and yes, thats all there is to it. when i installed mine it was the first time i'd ever even thought about opening my computer, but its pretty easy. dont be Over gentle putting it in though needs a good ol' shove

and thats the exact reason i bought the 66 over the 44... if i ever needed more inputs i could always just get another.

hope thats helped,

Andy
