Stupid Question

I'm getting pretty heavily into guitar and sound editing, and had a few questions. What exactly is needed to go from like a mixer to a computer? Also can I import each channel of the mixer into its seperate channel in the program when recording?

A soundcard.

Yes, provided your soundcard has enough inputs.
