Connecting mixer to soundcard and speakers

Alright. Im working with a Behringer UB1204-PRO (YEA RIGHT!) mixer right now, a stock sound card, and pair of KRK Rokits. I was wondering on how to set these up so that I can record a track, but as I'm recording, hear the track on the speakers and also hear any previously recorded tracks if there are any.
Here is the link for the "pro" mixer. http://www.behringer.com/UB1204/index.cfm?lang=ENG

Thanks guys.
