Cubase or Cubasis?

Hey, I need a nice cheap sequencer and im confused as to the difference between Cubase and Cubasis. Should i be getting Cubase SE? or a cubasis program. Cubasis doesnt seem to feature of the Steinberg website so has it been disscontinued or somthing? Thanks for any help

The program is called Cubase SE nice program for about $100.
