blip/glitch every 2 minutes

I started experiencing a blip/glitch/interrupt every 2 minutes in the playback of Sonar Producer 3 after replacing the cmos battery. The interrupt does not affect recording but is a grating nuisance. I've tried several things to turn off possible programs running in the background of XP to no avail. (26 tips from MusicXP) I've even reinstalled Sonar and my Motu drivers. I have XP home 3gig p4 160 gig SATA. Is it possible that something in my bios changed that I need to change back. There are a few different RAID configurations that I know nothing about so it's set at default. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Joe
