Here is a song i did tonight, ( matter of fact in about 5 hours )

I just want to know what you guys think, I am into that elliot smith style but i do some DI's and what not. And im not too afraid of compressors, So what i am saying is give me your input on all aspects, recording quality vocals,etc...

The meaning is pretty much ta;lking about fake people, they way you always think you know someone but they change or you just kinda walk in a store and realize that all the smiles are forced etc...

Damn good for 5 hours work! I like the song (catchy chorus) and you have a very interesting voice. Reminded me somewhat of Snow Patrol or Athlete. Nicely recorded too, very clear and sparkly. Only negative comment would be I think the drums need to be a little more predictable in the verse. That rhythm is a little jerky for such a smooth melody I think.

I like the banner (at least the eye part); having a sexy eye winking at me is the only stimulation I've had for a while. And I like it when Rokket says "freaking me out!"

I also really like the song and could/should be asking this ? in another forum, but is the music just you and a guitar with other instrument tracks put down with it, and then revved up, juiced-down, sliced, diced, and julienne fried with a digital recorder - or what? I'm trying to figure this stuff out.

Funny you would say that, see when i recorded drums i did not know what the song was gonna be, lol, just tracked them then i picked up an acoustic then layed the guitar, it was all kinda improv.
