FS: Soundcraft Ghost and Omniraxx
Hey everyone,
Trying to find my options for upgrading my mixer. So my mixer and desk are for sale. Sad to see this thing go because its been alot of fun to work with. This is the Soundcraft Ghost 24 LE. 24 channels of beautiful warm preamps and direct outs on every one of those channels. Im sure youve heard great things about this board. 8 busses, inline with a mix B that i use to control headphone mixes. This mixer is perfect for anyone that does some serious recordings. I also need to sell my Omniraxx Synergy 600 considering i wont be needing this. This was bought with the custom filler kits to make the Soundcraft fit nice and snug into it. Really helps to have this and looks beautiful. This console desk is only about a half a year old so the condition is great. This can also easily be fitted to another mixer. Just call up Omniraxx and tell them the filler you need. You already have the right rack, and if there is room, they will put a left rack in there as needed. Simple to do. Here are some pics. This is a pic overlooking the console in general. Another angle Front Angle Upclose Ghost Rack on the right side of the console desk. As you can see the Ghost is in good condition. It of course has a little wearing going on around the base of the first few channel strips. Very minor though. The faders are very smooth and clean, and there are only a couple scratchy pots that probably only need a cleaning. Channel 7 did go out on my a few months ago so it will need to be replaced. This costs about $100 to replace and you can install it yourself. All the channels are on there own chip board so its just a matter of unscrewing it and putting the new one in. All of the other channels are working fine and show know signs of breaking. Last, Studio A Foldback pot is mixing. I never had to worry about this because headphones went out of Foldback B so i never replaced this. This should be a very simple and inexpensive fix. I just never really needed to fix it. Im willing to let this all go at a very low price. Dont expect free though . I prefer however that the mixer and the desk are sold together and i will give discount if you do. Please email me for offers, questions, and payment discussion. Thanks everyone! Ill be excited to hear from yah. Danny slowrecords@hotmail.com |

Hey Tonio,
Thanks for the interest. Its hard to say the year because i dont really know how to tell and i bought it used myself. Ive had it for less than a year also. My guess would have to be around 6 years im guessing. Maybe a little older. I am hoping to get around $3000 for both the Ghost and the desk together but that is definately negotiable especially if there is little interest for it in that range. And like i said, i would rather sell them together to keep things faster and simpler. Let me know what you think. Email me if your serious and i will give you my phone number so we can discuss things on the phone. Thanks a bunch. Danny |

The mixer itself with the power supply weighs about 100 pounds. My zip code is 83440 so you can check on that. The omnirax is hard to determine i dont think i ever even knew the the weight on it or else i would give a better answer for it.
Let me know if you interested. Still intersted in selling. Danny |

Hey to give anyone here a rough idea, I dissassembled and shipped an Omnirax desk from Vancouver Canada to Toronto. It ended up in four packages and the total cost to ship it across the country was about $160 US.
That was via FedEx Ground. The packages were classed as Oversize 3 so 2 of them had a $30CDN surcharge added to them just for that. They are heavy bitches!!! Cheers! Jeff
