Forget the Alesis Nano-noony-na-na box. I don't know the quality of the others but if you are just getting started, almost any one of them will get you on the reverb road. Green Hornet

you might be able to find a tc-electronics m-300 used for around 100
if not, the behringer virtualizer pro is kind of ok, I have used that before. Cant speak for the others.
