Event EZbus

Is anyone still using their Event EZbus? Is it still being supported by Event?

I dont use one, but a friend of mine does.

I dunno if I'm too confident in their support, because he's always had a problem with not having enough gain, even with like a 57 on a guitar cab he was just barely having enough to get a solid level, and he could never get any answers out of them. Nobody responded to his emails and I think he even called and didn't get an an answer.
